Bonebroth, the liquid gold!
Bone broth has many health benefits and has long been used as a powerful remedy for gut problems and other health issues. This healing liquid is a nourishing superfood recommended for almost everybody!
Why is it so healthy?
Bone broth has so many health benefits and can affect your body and soul positively in the following ways:
Supports your gut
The gelatin in your bone broth acts as a powerful anti-inflammatory and can help restore the integrity of the gut lining in cases of leaky gut syndrome. Since it is also rich in nutrients but easy to digest, bone broth helps to support the restoration of a damaged gut by giving your digestion a break from the intensive work of having to break down other food. Bone broth contains also vitamin B, which plays a big role in metabolism and helps to brake down carbohydrates, proteins and fats to produce energy.
Improves your immune health
Because bone broth helps heal your gut, it also helps support your immune function. Almost 80% of your immune system is located in your gut, and when your gut lining is compromised, undigested food particles and bacteria enter your bloodstream where they don’t belong causing chronic inflammation and poor immune function.
Protection for your joints
The golden liquid is loaded with collagen which breaks down to gelatin, which looks like jelly when the broth cools down. Additional it is loaded with aminos like glucosamine, chondroitin, proline and glycine – which are important for your connective tissues that includes your cartilage, bones, blood vessels, joints, and tendons.
Lets your skin glow
The collagen helps your skin look younger and healthier. As you age, you lose collagen that controls the elasticity of your skin and contributes to the appearance of wrinkles and sagging skin.
Let your skin glow again!
